The room was clean with comfy beds and a great decor. Check-in was a bit confusing through the intercom system. Good water pressure in the shower. Parking can be tricky since there's only one free spot.

The hotel was clean with a nice design. Great sized room, brilliant bathroom. Peaceful location in the center, in the good area. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a royal park.

This place suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, luggage storage, and tv. The staff helped me find local attractions during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing experience.

The cleanliness was lacking, with visible crumbs and hair from previous guests. The check-in process was frustrating due to a lack of staff availability, which caused delays in getting settled. Despite the inviting decor, the ensuite was cramped and had maintenance issues, affecting the overall experience.

I had a good stay at Arrandale, enjoying the clean, spacious family room and the superb breakfast with a variety of options. Despite some noise from the street outside, the overall experience was enjoyable and offered good value for my family. I'd consider returning!

We had a nice, spacious room that was fancy and clean. Lots of tea options too! But check-in was a pain since no one was around to help, and the shower wasn't great-constant clogging made it a bit gross. The location was awesome for exploring, just a quick bus ride or a stroll away from the city.

There was no staff presence most of the time. The toilet in my bathroom was also out of order for a day, but the response to the maintenance need was prompt. Check-in was a hassle. I had to fill out forms that seemed redundant since I had already prepaid. I was frustrated with the wifi charges too-charging for internet in this era feels outdated. My stay was decent but could use improvements in communication and amenities.
